TONI’S PICK:
Joan from Nicer Than New is ready for Spring gatherings with her fresh and satisfying layered salad. Imagine the backyard gatherings, baby and wedding showers, church potlucks and more that you can bring this lovely dish to. RACHEL’S PICK:
Just recently, a friend posted about her memory jar filling up. It got me thinking about my own memory jar and how I would want to create and execute such an activity. Then, Tiffany from The House Down the Lane shared her post on how she and her family are preserving family memories and now I know this is one activity I have to do with my kids. It may be April, but that I’m going to go with the ‘better late than never’ mindset. How about you? How are you preserving your families memories?

What a cute memory jar! I’d love to modify that for use with my kids, who are 5 and 17 months. Maybe I’ll ask them a question every night and write down their answers. (Well, just the 5 year old I guess!) Thanks for hosting, have a wonderful week!
great way to incorporate the little one. I’ll be doing the same as my youngest is only 3.
Thanks for hosting a great party! It truly is awesome!
Thank you so much for hosting! What time does the party start?

Thanks, you too!
Hi, Toni & Rachel ~ Thanks for hosting another awesome link party! I’m so excited about so many of these projects! I especially love the “DIY Clipboard Made from a Cutting Board” by Jamie over at Anderson + Grant. Rachel, thank you so much for featuring my “Preserving Memories {with Older Kids}” post! I’m thrilled that it struck a chord with you. I’m really looking forward to having perspectives from everyone in our family. Your mindset and mine are the same, “better late than never!” Have a great week and thanks again! :0)
I love the clipboard/cutting board post. So inventive! Thank you for sharing your jar with us. It really is inspiring. So many little moments can become big memories or be completely forgotten. Why not write them down?!
It was my pleasure, and I couldn’t agree more! Little moments are da bomb! :0)
There were several that I loved. Number 91- from the Pin Junkie, “Why do you need a Pinterest Business Account” is SO timely for me. I haven’t really understood what the difference is and she laid it all out for me to understand. I singed up to follow her right away. She’s got a TON of good stuff!
Thanks for hosting the link party–it’s been ages since I linked up, but I’m back 🙂
Glad to have you back, Steph!
Thank you for hosting this, so many great ideas! I’ve got my eye on a few of these recipes, especially the cocoanutty bars …
My favorite is definitely the #11 The homemade Tortillas!!! Genius!!!
