As we enjoy the crisp Fall air and the pace set by getting into a groove with our daily schedules, it can be fun to stretch ourselves and try something new. It’s one of the greatest parts of being in a book club- going beyond our normal, comfortable bounds and trying a new genre, author or series. You never know what you might end up truly liking! This month we’re reading a self help book, The Happiness Project. Last month, we were reading a Big Girl Panties and, I’m pleased to announce that our “Historical Fantasy” pick for November is, The Book Thief by Markus Zusak.

At the end of each month, we hold our virtual discussion on Goodreads, so please make sure you join us there as well.
