Blank Cards (For thank you notes)
and “usually” an organizing book
I love having this “Mobile Office”. I have 3 levels in my home, which are ALL used. When I’m working, I’m downstairs in my office in the basement. When I go upstairs, to the main floor, I usually take my ipad & mobile office with me (so Im not running up and down the stairs). I get a constant flow of business & blog emails through out the day… So, Im always needing it for something. Then, In the evening when I go upstairs to my bedroom to relax… I dont always relax. I am still working or answering emails. So, my mobile office has been a life saver! I absolutely LOVE it!
The colorful file folders are from Target.

Here is another one of my favorite organizers from Thirty One. I use this as my “grocery shopping” organizer. I (usually) have a calculator, pad of paper, pens, and my store cards in it. I also store coupons in the pocket, for when Im ready to shop!
Its called the Fold-n-Go Organizer.
I usually keep my calculator in this pocket too!
Great for storing my store discount cards! This way, I never forget them.

This notepad came from Michaels, in the dollar section. I LOVE green!
I also have an organizing utility tote that I store & carry my Get Clean products in… to clean the house. Its super easy to carry it around as I clean from room to room. It has 7 pockets that hold A LOT of cleaners! I also keep my microfiber cloths, trash bags, gloves, and dusters in here.
The Scour Off fits perfectly in the side pocket.
The three spray bottles fit perfectly in the front 3 pockets.
The Shaklee microfiber cloths go in these 2 pockets. I use them for dusting and window cleaning.

OOOH there are so many things to choose from that i can’t decide. I really like your idea on the mobile office, i have been doing some research on how to manage my office stuff now that my kids need a room and my office is no more. I would for sure start with the bag you chose for the mobile office. The next thing i want to get is a diaper bag that is big enough and cute just for me but holds my kids stuff.

I see a plastic container in your totes-in one it is holding the file folders, and in the other it is holding your shaklee cleaning supplies. Where did you get the plastic container that fits so nicely in the tote? I just ordered Shaklee supplies and a tote to put them in. Thanks.

I LOVE thirty one bags! I am currently in a temporary living situation (with 99% of my home contents for a family of 4 in storage) and am following you on Pinterest. I am using your ideas to help me start organizing my vital information, the childrens school items, mine and my husbands business items, and everything else we have on hand until our home is ready. I’m going to apologize if you already answered this question. I’m getting ready to order my totes from 31 and I want to make sure that I’m seeing everything correctly is there an insert in both your office in a bag and the cleaning tote.
Love the organization. FYI, there’s a free app for android and iPhone called Keyring. You can scan all of those store cards into your phone with this app and not have to keep up with all of the cards. Also, it will automatically download all of the discounts and free offers that each store gives to its cardholders–no keeping up with that kind of coupon, like the ones from BB&B, CVS, Hancocks, etc.–and discontinue the offer when it expires!
Love the way you use Thirty-One’s fabulous products. So very happy that Thirty-One is now in Canada so I can be an Independent Consultant and get all these organizational items as well as their purses, bags etc. Will refer your blog to my customers and team members!

What do you use to hold the file folders?
OMG I never thought of having a “Mobile office”. I usually end up having a mess of papers upstairs (living area) and then after a week I’d have to go through all the papers that I piled and organize into the office which is downstairs. I end up just putting it in another pile and at the end of the month get fed up with the HUGE pile of papers and either go through them or unforntuately put them in the “Don’t give a Hoot what’s in this pile” box. I’m going to set me up one this weekend. Now to find the tote! 🙂 Thanks!
