I’m not sure if its an error on my side or not..but I keep receiving these error codes when trying to check out.
Error: The product requirements for this discount are not met.
Error: The selected gateway is not active
I have the Rainbow planner bundle and the weekly organizer on the checkout page with the discount code.
I’ll check back tomorrow to see whats happening and hopefully I can continue with my purchase 🙂
When I try to check out the system is telling me “The product requirements for this discount are not met.” I have the A5 bundle in my cart and have used the PLANNERBUNDLE50 code.
I tried to purchase the weekly planner mini kit and use RAINBOW10 as the discount but when I went to check out, I got an error message:

Toni, do you sell printed pages? I don’t have access to a printer.
We do not provide printing services. You can save your files and take them to an office supply store and they can print them for you or even asking a friend or family member is an option.
I really like the layouts of you planner options but, is it possible to get them for just black and white printing. I have a laser printer that does not do color, and color ink is expensive. I am worried that if I print out your color page, in black and white, a lot of gray will show up on the page. Also, people have asked what weight paper you use but, I can’t seem to see where you give an answer for that. Is there somewhere I am not reading? Thanks Amy from Chicago.
You’ll just need to set your printer to print in grey scale instead of color.
Hi! I’m trying to purchase the chevron rainbow planner bundle with the 50% off discount, and it’s not letting me. It says “the product requirements for this discount are not met” even though it is showing that the discount is taken off. However, when I take the discount off, it will take me to PayPal to pay. Was the discount for only a limited time? I looked but didn’t see a “purchase by” anywhere. Thank you!
Make sure you’re using the correct coupon code. I just checked and everything is running smoothly.
I am getting the same error as the others. I’m using “plannerbundle50”
I am having the same problem with the error messages. When I put the discount code in it shows the 50% off and a final price of 7.50. However when I click pay with paypal, it gives an error message and I am unable to complete my purchase. Has anyone been able to complete a purchase? I have tried in both Safari and Firefox.

Do yu offer a youtube workshop or even a Basic Explanation of your different kits that will help us understand them & on how to put them together etc. ??? Your VERY Talented and i Hope to Understand how to do this & be able to pass it on to others…
