What a perfect {Valentine’s Day} gift!Here is a delicious Valentine’s Day recipe from {Dove Chocolate Discoveries}…
SWEET STRAWBERRY SWIRLS
ingredients16-ounce container of strawberries8 DOVE CHOCOLATE DISCOVERIES™ Chef-Series chocolate bars (16 oz.) of your choice for base color4 DCD Chef-Series chocolate bars (8 oz.) in contrasting color for swirlsParchment Paper
PREPARATION1.Wash and completely dry strawberries.2. For best results use the DCD Pro-Series Chocolate Tempering Unit. Temper 16 oz. of chocolate for base color.3. Holding by the stem, dip about half the strawberry into the chocolate. Give it a quick twist, shake off excess and point at ceiling for a second to be sure chocolate adheres. Place on Parchment Paper.4. Temper ½ pound of contrasting chocolate.5. Place 2 to 3 tablespoons into a Pastry Bag with a very small tip (or in a plastic bag with corner snipped off) and pipe swirls onto strawberries.6. Place on Parchment Paper and allow to set up.7. If set up seems slow, place in refrigerator for 3 to 5 minutes.These are best eaten the day they are made.

Seriously, do I have to pick something? LOL How about ALL of it – I would click on tab and say “oh, that looks goods” and than I would look at another page and say, “Wait that looks good”. Holy cow… Looks like I’m going to need to save up a little to get everything I want. For me, I totally want the chocolate chai tea, as well as the espresso beans, fruit and sea salt caramels. But I also want to get the sugar free chocolates for my grandma – she’s diabetic but has a big sweet tooth, so they sound like the perfect present for her!

Ok I honestly didnt have to look further on the site when I saw the chocolate mousse intro.. It immediatly took me back to when I was a young lil girl when my momma worked 3 jobs to support five kids alone and one of those jobs was a waitress at a local mom and pop (we thought was fancy) resturant.. every so often she would bring home chocolate mousse for us to share.. that is something I would love to make memory with my kids… So I have to say its the Mousse starter kit..
